Can anyone tell me how to remove beman inserts out of 500 classics I think they are the hit tech.they are up inside the end of the arrow.
 Can they be reused?

Odds are they are epoxied with the heavy duty stuff they ship with. Not an easy thing to remove.

I had a few that finally loosened up after I shot them for awhile, the newer ones are still stuck.

You can try and put a screw into the insert and heat the screw only I have herd this will work but I haven't done this myself.
Take the long way around.

I have  a good deal of experience with MFX's and still shoot them. There are many good things to be said about them but easy removal of installed inserts ain't on the list. On the positive side  the inserts in those Beman MFX's are really in there! Good luck and hope you are not easily driven to cursing!

If you want to shorten them, you can cut off the section of arrow with the insert in, put the small section of arrow and insert over a flame/torch with a point in and eventually it will burn off. Not real fun but do-able if you want to shorten arrows. Otherwise???
