What is FOC?

I have seen this alot on here and am ignorant of the meaning. Could someone please explain it to me?

Forward of Center. You'll also see EFOC, for Extreme Forward of Center.

Both refer to loading the wait of an arrow so that the balance point is as far forward of center as can be achieved. See the How To section and get read for an education! There has literally been the efforts of rocket scientists in the exploration of the "perfect arrow".
