Whats considered extreme FOC?
« on: August 27, 2009, 07:43:00 PM »
My arrows are  26% FOC. Are these "extreme"?  . I am very happy with the way they fly. Just wondering what you guys think is extreme.

I believe it is....I think anything over 19% is extreme FOC according to the Doctor.

26% is some bad medicene you're sporting there.
Great....I love it... speshly coming out of the widder.

Don't have a clue but I am shooting some a little over 30% this year.Never shot any close to this before but it just kind of came out that way to get a light arrow and still shoot the broadhead I wanted to use.Was not planned.
....Quality deer management means shooting them before they get tough....

I just calculated mine, 24%. I'm using carbons and had to weight the front end a bit to tune them. I could have left them longer but chose to cut and add. I'm shooting a 46 lb recurve and and am quite thrilled with the arrow flight and the penetration in my 3d target.
