What's happen to E-Z Kut?

Anybody know how to reach E-Z Kut about thier hand drill? I've tried to call several times and can't get through, I tried back two weeks ago and did leave a message but now the # dosn't connect you to a VM. Anybody know if there is another # then the one on their site?
