Until the last few days, I haven't been on here in a long time. Long story short, family issues have kept me preoccupied and I just never got around to this site that I love. Upon my return, I started reading some of David's (Kingwouldbe) posts. I found the post where David explained that he'd been a victim of theft and the outpouring of support thereafter. No where else on the web has the caliber of folks that we have on this little corner of the net
!
To say I was inspired would be an understatement. I truly appreciate the camaraderie, support, help and most of all, brotherhood that is Tradgang. I have taken, and continue to take advice and information from this site to my benefit (and Terry, as soon as I get my pay pal account squared away, I'll put money where my mouth is
)
I have said all the above to say this: I have a 64" Navajo Stick- "caddo" that I commissioned from Roy Hall (Navajo Bows) in '04. Specs are 55#'s at 28", has a cocobolo handle with curly maple limb veneers (very pretty bow). The bow is in excellent shape and only has one problem - its not being used! (well, it needs a new string too)
If you, or someone you know, as a consequence of our tough economic times or other malady is in need of a good bow to shoot and/or hunt with, I am willing to ship at my expense. The only condition I ask is, if you find you are no longer in need of the bow, please pass it to another person that is and keep the chain going.
PM me if you are interested.
Shoot Straight and God Bless!
