Grizzly stik spine?
« on: August 30, 2009, 10:23:00 PM »
I shoot a hybrid 60" longbow tillered for 50lb@31". I shoot a 32" long arrow [2117] wondering what Grizzly stik might work best?

An Alaskan has a 330 deflection
2117 has a 300 deflection

Sitka has a 400+ deflection
Safari has a 250 deflection
Aim down your arrow because thats where it's going.

You can get a "try the sizes" set, maybe from ABS and I think also from Bob Lee. I'm shooting a 60" hybrid, 41# @ 28" (rough equivalent of yours) with 28" arrows and the Sitkas spine a little stiff for me--at your draw length, it's hard to say which shaft would fly best. Gotta try them.
