Adding weight to aluminum

What can you add to a 2016 arrow to bump up the weight about 75 grains? Don't want to change point weight as that would change the spine.Do the weight tubes that 3r sell work for aluminum or just carbon?

Also about how much weight does the insert,nock and fletching add to an arrow?

use hollow braid nylon poly rope.. I believe 1/4" for that shaft. cut it to length, where the insert will bump it, melt one end closed, insert a piece of wire down the center, and push it in, then yank the wire out should be almost right at the weight desired.. I cannot remember exactly the diamater rope needed so ya might get a couple sizes..I have never found this to affect arrow spine in bare shaft testing  (seems like it would) and really quiets the arrow almost to woody level...nock is about  5 gr , 15 for 3 -5" feathers and about 25-30 for the insert

I was able to bump up the frontend weight of my 2016's using a lead 32 caliber round ball from my muzzleloading ammo.  They weigh 50 grains.  I had to squeeze them a bit with a pliers to get them to fit in the shaft.  Then I hot melted the insert with a little extra hot melt to help hold the round ball in place.  Seems to work o.k.

You can go to a 2018, and let it an inch longer 8^).
I don't add weight to my 2016, and I don't like rope in tubing; after a couple shots it will be jammed forward, eventually creating imbalance.  Perfectly flying arrows are a must, so make sure you don't screw-up your arrow flight, or that 75 grains won't mean a thing.
