i have 30 obsidian red and black color preforms, If you will knap me 5 hunting heads out of them ill send you the other 25 any takers?

Not positive, but unless they changed the Il. regs, arent they supposed to be flint? Have a buddy that lives there...

I'd love to take you up on that, but I'm just getting started myself. There's plenty of guys around here that will do it though, I'm sure.

For the record, IL requires the following.
"Broadheads with fixed cutting surfaces must be metal or flint-, chert or
obsidian-knapped; broadheads with expandable
cutting surfaces must be metal."
