Give us a little more info.I assume the bow is 60lbs @28" but how far are you drawing it? What kind of bow is it? Are you using a Dacron string or a FF material? What weight and style broadheads do you intend to use?

I would think you could shoot a CX 350 if you are close to a 28" draw and you shoot a 125-175 grn head. You will need to tune the arrows by length though and possible play around with point weight.

I use beman 22's, large diameter at 8.3gpi with 5" feathers and 125g tips. About 475g total. Real nice flight with my 60# Dalaa, and goes 190fps.

I'm finding that Douglas Fir gives good mass weight for most setups.  It is a little heavier than POC, but not as heavy as the hardwooods.  Spine depends on a few particulars beyond bow weight as Clark mentioned.

If you are looking for aluminum, 2018s, 2020s, or 2117s should work.  I have a 60# @ 28 Silvertip with FF that loves the 2020s with 125-160 grain points and broadheads.  It also shoots 60-65# POCs pretty well.

Haven't been able to figure out its favorite carbons yet.
