RC's OTG Deer
« on: September 15, 2009, 12:49:00 PM »
Robert's having computer problems so I'm posting this one for him.  15 yard shot on the ground.  Apex Predator longbow, 2018 and a Snuffer.  Traveled about 75 yards and piled up for good.

Cool! Must have been a fast runner because they usually run out of blood before then when you get 'em with a Snuffer.

Way to go, RC, a great start to the season.

Are you sure that was a Snuffer?  I see the hole but there's no blood?  Must have been one of those 2-blade Snuffers.   :D

Thanks fellas. Just got the puter fired back up.

Thats actually not the "hole" That was a scar or something. He was facing me with his feet but twisted his body to leave when he figured out I was not a stump. I shot him in the elbow on the other side going in and it came out between his hams. The arrow went completely through and was laying on the ground covered in about everything thats in a deer. Instead of completing his turn at the shot he turned back toward me causing the bad angle. I was worried till I saw him fall....RC
