Thanks guys.  I figured it would get good enough penetration, but since I started trad I have primarily used 2 blades.  They made a pretty big hole. I love using the KME sharpener for the two blades, but someone as sharpening challenged as myself has problems touching them up in the field.  It's super easy to touch up a 3 blade with my folding DMT hone.

Guru:  Yeah, I have some 125 and 145 grain (total weight) snuffers.  They are still fairly tough, but I plan on getting some of the 160's.  I'm just about tired of tuning arrows, though. LOL.

   no deer yet with the snuffer but here's a pic of the hole it left in a black bear two weeks ago
