Hunting in hawaii?

I'm going to kauai for three weeks in nov. It's ostensibly my honeymoon but it is most definately a hunting trip as well.  I have my license all squared away, and a three day permit for the napali coast, but what i'd really like is firsthand info from someone whos been there.
