going to set up a 40@28 ben pearson/hunting bow
plan on using efoc arrows with a total weight of approx 450gr.
i would really thank you guys for input on what kinda spine to start with on this , hopefully if i can get it close i can tune with foward weight and bow set up!

I think you will want 50-55 spine.

Probably .500 with 200 grains or so up front will work out for you. Depends on how long you want the arrow. You may have to step down to a .600 if you want them shorter.
