I'm pretty sure I'll make it. If we can get a generator to provide 220 I can bring my huge bullet proof Delta sander, with a belt/disc combo, 48" x 6" belt. It uses a plug that has the prongs at 90 deg to the normal? I'll need to bring the plug in with me to adapt it, then do some other jury rigging to the generator. The belt is long enough to do limb edges with, and is powerful enough to take off skin very quickly if one is not careful. Dust collection on this unit is a little iffy.
I'm also bringing all the templates, drill jig, hot box, form, etc that I use to make my longbow, which is just the Bingham Pronounced in 62".
If anyone wants to build one, they could just order a limb kit and riser kit from Binghams. Could easily adapt the form to do up to 66" too. Or I'm sure we could grind the lams and fades from the get go and all they'd have to buy is the glass and limb locking hardware.
I've got a lam grinder I can bring, with sleds for parallel and .002/in.
I'll throw in my Delta 1 1/2 HP 1 micron dust collector too, at 110 it might draw quite a bit of current tho, I'm always blowing breakers, just need to wire it 220 and be done with it. All I have is the original 6' chunk of 4" flex hose it came with, when I get a shop I'm hard plumbing it with blast gates.
The thing I don't have is the bandsaw, at least a good one. That's about all I need. You wouldn't happen to have a footed riser jig for the bandsaw would you?
If you have a drill press I could bring my robo sanders to make fades, and maybe try a footed riser.
I also want to try a 1 piece hybrid or HH style, haven't done that yet.
I also have string building stuff if there's any time left.
