Arrow suggestions

I know you guys can only "get me close"  But getting close can save me a good chunk of money.

I have a:

60"
63#
28-29" draw
DACRON string

Predator recurve on the way.  I don't know my exact DL as I always leave my arrows full length.

I have a bunch of .400 spine arrows for my LB.  Don't expect them to be any good.

I'd like to get around 200-300gr on the front.

Don't know if I should go .340 or .300?

I've got nothing against aluminums so if you've had luck with a similar setup shoot that out as well.

I also have a

60"
45#
28-29"draw
Dacron string

Recurve on the way for my dad.  The .400s should be fine for them....shouldn't they?

Try different points on those .400's.They should work for both bows.
