Fall 2009 TradArchers' World is out

The Fall 2009 issue of TradArchers' World magazine was mailed out about a month ago. It contains articles by Gary Davis, Rod Jenkins, David Soza, Lenny Rock, Jack Harrison, George Tsoukalas, Shaun Webb, Steve Gorr, Fred Anderson, Lon Scott and more. There also is an article about Fedora Archery and "Gearing up for Bowfishing" by Paul Shore. Subscriptions for TradArchers' World are available on-line at  www.tradarchersworld.com,  including an e-magazine subscription for just $10. Check it out! Paper copies of the quarterly magazine are available at $5/each plus postage. Subscription rates for the paper magazine are $19/year USA, $36/two years USA, $53/three years USA, $26/year Canada and $39/year Foreign.
A Traditional and Primitive Archery Expo will be held March 19-21 at Sylvania, Ohio (near Toledo) with vendors, seminars and try-out area. Mark your calendars!

I forgot to mention that Joe Lasch wrote a great story for TradArchers' World on setting up an out-of-state hunt, Brad Merkel continued his three-part article on Selfbow Wood Harvest and Dan Little did a story on sharpening hand tools. The results from Cloverdale are published, as are the IFAA World Bow Hunter Championships (plus pix). Ginger Brockman shared a story on her route to becoming a traditional archer.
The Winter 2009 TradArchers' World magazine will be mailed out in early December and will include many "winter project" stories, historical articles, a great venison recipe, a recap of the IBO Trad Championship shoot and an assortment of hunting adventures.
