Awesome job! especially on the fox they are a hard little target. they look much bigger than they actually are.

I guess what they say about "aim small" is really true. My shot on the fox was right on the money. I rushed the shot a bit on the deer and missed my spot by a couple inches----still good enough though I guess!

Congrats! I'd trade an entire year's worth of deer kills for a red fox like that.

Great shooting there, bud! Congrats.

Hmmmmm......we can't shoot fox here in KY until furbearer season comes in during November. We can shoot coyotes year 'round, but no foxes 'til Nov.   :(   Guess ya can in VA though! That's cool.

I don't know if I would make a quiver out of him or not though. His fur isn't prime just yet so his hair might not hold.

Hey Allen.........yep, I was real slow seeing this one, too much time in the tree!

Congrats my friend, glad to see the Tip getting some quality field time!

Keep up the good work!

A few guys have asked about fox season here in Va. I called the Va Game Dept. yesterday to confirm what I already knew.

There is no closed season for foxes (except no Sunday hunting of course), as long as you are a landowner or are hunting private property and have the landowner's permission.

Glad to see all that shooting advice from Scaggs Sr. paid off,you did miss the patented neck shot on both animals though.Good job on recoveries and I wish you continued good shooting/hunting for the remainder of the year hope to see you guys at some shoots next year.
