Successful day in the woods
« on: October 28, 2009, 09:27:00 PM »
On my way hunting tonight I stopped at the gas station for some coffee. The lady working asked if I was going hunting. I told her yes maam. We got to chatting and she said that her late husband loved to hunt. He passed away 3 years ago and she missed his coming home with nothing but a big grin on his face even when he didnt as she put it "let fly with the wood". I stopped back in on my way home and she asked if I got anything. I told her no, but I took some pictures of what I saw. She couldnt wait to see them. I went out and got my camera and showed her these pictures. I asked her if she saw anything in them. She said no. I asked her to look again. I asked her if she saw any cars, people or buildings. She looked at them and started smiling. She understood why her husband always came back happy and why I will keep going back. Here are some of the pictures. I had another successful day in the woods.....Roy
