Making your own Arrow Shafts?

I have been looking for? I dont know what its called it looks like a big pencil sharpener for making your own arrow shafts? Any help is appreciated. Thank You in advance
Its not the size of the animal you hunt that matters. Its how you hunt the animal.

You can make the one on the highlandwoodworking.com site easily.  Heck I wish I had that plan before I did this a few years ago for Primitive Archer Mag.

Make sure you have plenty of outfeed blocks to keep the shaft from whiping.  Otherwise you'll have pieces flying everywhere.  LOL

I made about 600 maple shafts one year using this method.
