Elk camp around 1987. This was on the boundary of the Washakie Wilderness in NW Wyoming.

Boat-in whitetail hunt last week. Found the old chair where I camped.
...stood alone on a montaintop, starin out at a great divide, I could go east, I could go West, it was all up to me to decide, just then I saw a young hawk flyin and my soul began to rise......

Hopefully here's a pic of my camp this year. Homemade tarp tent complete with wood burner.
Most people get rich by making more money than they have needs, me, I just reduced my needs!

Hunting cabin and full time residence. 20 acres surrounded by hundreds of acres of oak hammocks,swamp and pasture lands.
