Hi all,
Anyone out there use the Cavalier Elite Tabs, what do you think of them? I just started using one and it feels pretty good with the ledge and finger spacer.

                Cheers Bob

I like them. I do leave the ledge on in order to get a good consistant string reference.

Love mine, no spacer or thumb rest, left the leather layer on, it's just now getting to where I like it a lot- I lost a few of the screws so gotta remember to keep those tight or loc tight them. I did cut mine a little so it wouldn't slap me in the face!

Couldn't ever get comfortable with mine.  For some reason, on release, my thumb would strike the plate.  I end up bloody after 2-3 shots, and in pain.  I even tried facing the plate with some riser padding like guys use on sight windows on wheel bows, but still the same result.  Not sure what the problem is (other than me...  :help: )

My favorite tab. I took the shelf off and trimmed it in various ways to fit and grab the string right and not have the excess slap my face on release. I think the plate helps prevent string twist/improve consistency. I lost some screws too but you can by replacement parts and just replace what's needed.
