Can any one give me some info on a Browning Wasp 2T6833 it was given to me for some work I did for a friend.My son tried it and didn't like it he want's a long bow like dad.

I just measured the bow it's 53" no idea what the poundage would be any help would be great.Thanks

i can honestly tell you nothing about them and my buddy has one he wants to get rid i just made a string for i got to shoot it and it shot nice i thought for a 60" 55@28

The Wasp is an AMO 56" bow. You measure a bow from nock to nock across the belly of the bow, not from tip to tip on the back. You will have to have it weighed at 28" draw to determine the weight. The Wasp was a mid line bow by Browning; a nice hunting model, but not as nice as the Safari line or the Explorer.

The information should be on the bow, on the riser below the grip....unless it's removed or painted over. There's no way of telling without that unless you weigh it on a scale at 28" draw.
They were made for adults...I guess that is what group.
