If the PSE is about the same draw weight, I would start by:
1. checking the nocking point.
2. brace height recommended by BW, start low and work up to max. recommended.
3. Shoot at 10 feet into foam style target, to determine where nocks are pointing.
4. Use Electrical Vinyl Tape, (heavier than normal tape), cut 1" and add to rest, and retest. If needed add more tape to build out rest.
Depending on the model of BW, a lighter strand string may make a difference. Lighter might be 8, 10, or 12 strand depending on the materials.
You can do a search on Tradgang for tuning, or search online. There are recent articles in TradArchers World, Fall 2009 pg 30 "Tuning the Carbon Arrow"; and Primitive Archer Feb/Mar 2009, pg 17. "Traditional Bow Tuning".
If your not getting anywhere, post what you have tried.
