Im wanting to get some wood arrows for my martin rebel.  Im drawing about 29" which has it at approx. 53#s.  I have always heard that for recurves you go up about 20pounds on the spine for arrows?  so what spine wood arrow should i go for?  i dont have the equipment or place to shoot a billion different setups.

70-75# w/125grn points should do it. You can play with point weight if needed.

Figuring a 30" BOP arrow, Sal's rec of 70-75 is pretty good.  A set of test arrows is a really handy thing to have and can save a lot of frustration and money.
