Yep, Rod has been great to deal with. I purchased my second Arrowmaster this year (I like the new material so I "had" to have one). I didn't get around to using it until a few weeks ago. When I loaded the quiver and went to put the cover on the small bungee pulled out of the quiver. I emailed Rod for a fix (he told me he never had that happen before) and he said he'd put a new quiver and return shipping label in the mail to me. This was on a Saturday and I got my new quiver on Tuesday. Fantastic service. I love this quiver...Mike
