My son Josiah and I shot our first 3d with his new bow lst weekend. It was a trad shoot put on by th PA Longbow Assn. We gave up opening day of trout season to shoot this, and had a blast. Here are some pics!
Josiah's ready.
One of my favorite targets!

Nice looking bow that young man has. Where did they get the britches for the bear target ? I think there about my size..

Nice, I was hoping to make that shoot, but had to work. Now I know I missed some fun.

Looks like a lot of fun, trout seasons long there's plenty of time for fishing.

SuperKodiak,
I don't know where they got the boxer shorts, but we were just glad it wasn't a thong on that bear!

they said they couldnt find tighty whities that fit, hahahaha. There were a few holes in them britches by the 2nd day. There were quite a few fun shots, like an elk at 35-50 yards. people were just flinging arrows. And there was a 35-40 yard shot at a deer from a treestand platform, and an 8 yard shot at a coyote at a near vertical angle from the same platform.
