I posted a topic on the Photography/Video forum about a month ago.  I have a fairly large collection of older 35mm cameras that I have aquired over the years, and needed a short zoom in a Pentax K-mount.  Russ Hicks responded and said he had a lens that he was not using anymore and offered it to me.  I was willing to trade him a lens or complete camera, but he said no.  I offered to pay the shipping, he even refused that offer.  I received that lens today in the mail.  This lens looks like brand new, even had a UV filter on it!  I just wanted to thank Russ and all of the other fellas who give stuff away on this website.  Your kindness is appreciated by me and many others as well.  I am proud to be a member of the Trad Gang.  Does anyone have a need for a good old manuel focus SLR?  Let me know, I am willing to do a camera giveaway if so.
