Dry Fire!

Hey I accidently dry fired a hackberry self bow today(arrow slipped off the string) Bow looks completely fine tho. No cracks anywhere! Should I worry or no?    :banghead:

Not until it breaks! I'm not into self bows but if it's not cracked and sounds good it should be fine.

I had a friend dry fire a bow that i had only had about 2 days.  "[dntthnk]"  Not just real happy about that... anyway it did not hurt it, i killed several deer with it and kept it for about 2 years.  If it looks good shoot it.

Like said if you see no cracks or hear anything when drawing the bow,it should be fine.I worry more about a dry fire on a laminated bow,self bows can be pretty tough.
