How do YOU hunt rabbit? Any tips?

If you have a good population, just spot and stalk along the roads and senderos. Work into the wind and have fun. Good early in am and late in evening.

In South TX where my family is, but I am not right now, we too use the "spot and stalk" method as Wingnut mentioned. Lots of rabbits and lots of fun!
My avatar is my son with his 1st trad kill....a nice South TX brush country rabbit!
PS: Take lots of arrows!

Spot and stalk in brush and briars. A rabbit will let you get close if you don't make eye contact the think they are hidden a will only run as last resort. Walked up to within 15 yards of a rabbit this year while he was standing in the middle of a pasture road doing his impression of a pile of dirt.
