I've come to believe that the keys to shooting well for me are good form, trusting the bow to do all the work, and having the confidence in the bow and myself to remain motionless and relaxed at release until the arrow hits the mark.

I'm gonna try to get over to Franklin Island or Eagle Bluffs before the 10th. I want to get in at least one bunny hunt before I have to put my bows down for 6 weeks. Come on over Dave and bring the wife and kids, we'll chas'em around.

Hey Mudd, I know you've got squirrel dogs but do you have and beagles? Gosh I miss mine sometimes!

Sorry, no beagles. I just go stomping around. But it kinda looks like I'll have to put off any hunts of any kind. On the way home from the movies last night my trucks transmission decided to start having problems. I need to get it in asap. I'll call the shop here in just a few minutes and hopefully they can get me in today. By the time I get it in and back I bet my surgery date will be on top of me. It's this Thursday.
