Ragnarok Forge

Glue a second insert in behind the main one with the head.  Use heavier heads.  Both work and increase FOC

Aluminium is sensible to spine changes adding weight to the point; 15grs weight are equivalent to 1 spine step, with a brass insert and a heavy point you can arrive up to 17 steps to weaken your shaft. So if you want to add some wheight you need a very stiff shaft to start from.

Just curious Caciatore.  Any Idea to why aluminum is more sensative than other arrow types?

Jamesh76,for sure more than carbon, they have a much larger spine tollerance,15grs make a difference in point on them not so much with the carbon.I used alu for 20 plus years and it is easy for me to pass from one bow to the other just adding or loosing weight up front. One inch is a spine step, same like 15grs plus or minus on point, that in the bow is a equivalent of 5#.I quit now to use Alu for a 3 reason. 1:with carbon is easier to acheive a high FOC. 2:carbon are more silent. 3:carbon don't bent
