I think hand shock is subjective to a person’s physical makeup. This past year I fell down and whacked my left wrist, it has been a long haul for recovery. I have four various models of the Bear Kodiak, two Super Ks. There was never any noticeable hand shock before I fell. Now however, the sensitivity is so great I can feel the limbs vibrate and it is rude.

I've played around with brace ht the last couple eveningd and changed both the wool wraps and silencers on the FF string. Braced at just over 8 1/2 this evening and it has helped to a degree.
Will wait for the new strings to come in and do more shooting
Blackstick, I agree on the vibration as that is exactly the experience to this point.
I don't experience that vibration with either my Red Wing Hunter or Quillian Longhunter.
Been There, Done That, Still Plowin.
Cane and Magnolia tend to make good arrow.
Hike naked in the backwoods.
