I bought mine from Harbor Freight.  Total cost was $80.00. I have a compressor and a double action airbrush.  It will be just fine for doing arrows.

Chroma airbrush paints work really well.  Also, Jansen makes a line of acrylics that's really popular with decoy carvers.  It's got a really soft, flat finish and can be blended very similar to oils.

Those arrows look awesome, btw!  And that bow is just killer.
