BW PSR
« on: January 14, 2010, 12:26:00 AM »
Does anyone shoot a BW PSR. I want to get a BW but dont really care for the looks of most of their recurves. Thats just a preference nothing against the looks. I know there is some dye hards here. I really like the short ht. and the 50'S look. I shoot a Zipper now and was wanting maybe to get one when taxes come in and I talk to the boss. I'm going to try one out at the Jeff. City MBO.

I've got a 56" 50#@28" PSR III, it's my go to bow; smooth drawing, zips a 10gpp arrow pretty well, and shoots where I'm looking.

I found I shoot it much better with the sure grip off.

I shoot a 56# 56" PSRX, great shooting bow. It shoots my 650grain arrows very well, and hits where I look.

I had one and didn't like it one bit. Just didn't like the way it fit in my hand.  No question the quality was there, just didn't work for me.  Shoot one first.

I have had a few PSRs. I had one that was 54", 46#, I shot it better than any other bow I have ever owned. That bow had the old SAG grip.
