« on: January 14, 2010, 06:53:00 PM »
Got a new to me one on the way. Just curious what those that have one with the curve limbs are running on brace. Also how you like 'em?Mine is a 60", courtesy of zwickeyman. Thanks David

David, I've got a 56" Kajika and it's sweet spot is at 7 3/4" from the string to the depression in the grip. Awesome shooting bow....glad you bought that one from zwickeyman cause it sure was tempting me. Fred

Davey, I have a 60" Kajikasik also.  It's seems to shoot best at 8" of brace height and it is super quiet.  JD makes a fine bow.

Thanks guys. Shot Mike Burch's 56" yesterday. Wish I had the patience to wait on one as that 56" one shore felt good!!! But the 60" will do.

biggest issue I see is when folks let the brace get too low. I shoot JD's bows on and off all of the time. they are a great deal. I need"" a kajika. JD of course agrees. His curves are really the only ones I enjoy shooting. I will kill a turkey w/ mine this spring!

I have 2 mojostiks and a new voodoostik from JD,  if the Kajika is as good as everyone is saying... you might be costing me some mre money.  JD makes some awful nice bows, quiet and fast.  Smooth is an understatement.

JD really does make some awful nice bows.  I have two of his mojostiks and they are a pleasure to shoot.

JD's bows are really sweet shooters. He finds some of the best woods out there. I agree with Overspined, keep the brace high(7 3/4 -8 1/4) and they shoot awesome. Wheres the pics?
