Beaver Tail Grip
« on: January 14, 2010, 10:26:00 PM »
For those that have done this on thier own, I received a section of tail that is rawhide. Is this typically what you use for the grip? I was actually thinking that the material would be more pliable. I have heard that you need to soak the tail in water and then form it to your handle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Think there was a post on this on the Bowyers Bench forum on this site. Check it out.
