Arrow spine ?

Have a new to me Super Shrew Carbon on the way its 54" long and 65# @ 28" i draw 29.5" like to cut my arrows at 30 1/4 to 30 1/2. Looking for suggestions on a wood arrow spine using either 125 or 160gr point weight
Also im currently shooting 55/75 traditional goldtips cut to 30 1/2" with 5 gpi weight tube, 100gr brass adapter and 125gr point. Do u guys think these are a good arrow for that set up too?
Thanks for the help with a starting point.

pcappy, with high draw weight and long arrows, you will need the strongest wood shafts you can find, at least 100# spine.

I agree with Don re the woodies. About 100# spine should do it. Please report back after you've tried a few combinations. I'm particularly interested in how a 29 1/2 inch draw works with a 54-inch bow.

Wow ill have to try some stiffer arrows too then the chart i looked at recommended 85-90 cut at 30 1/2". Thanks guys, Orion will do, i cant wait to shoot this bow, from all ive been told it wont stack at my draw which was my biggest concern we'll see though. Also thinking about trying a tab so may take some getting used to.
