Static or conventional? Thats a tough one. I think it depends alot on the individual and his or her needs.Draw wise I would presume the regular curve would have a slightly[very slightly]smoother draw at the end of the draw.Would be advantages for a clicker shooter[as I am] but I think the Static limb outshines when it comes to lateral stability. As in a long bow the limb tips are much harder to twist at full draw therefor making them much more forgiving on a not so perfect release. That coupled with a better string angle [less finger pinch]the static are my choice as a 'hunting bow'.When I comes to crunch time every little helps .
Curt as the difference between the limb cores,I wish I would have the time to seriously test it myself but from what I have been told the bamboo should have a slight advantage in performance over the maple core.Chose maple for the time tested durability in the 58" as that is my 'rough and tumble' bow and actionboo for the 56" 'going to town' bow. I'm sure both of them will keep me in full freezers and Taxidermy bills for quite some time. Thanks Mo

Hey Joe, so you're saying that at my 29 1/2" draw, a 56" static tip would be good??????

Yes Dave...that would work. 58" would even be smoother with the Static limb.
Randy..I never really measure nock pt. I nock the arrow then move it up until I see the right angle off the shelf. Just a personal thing for me....I set your bow up that way.
Chris...when your bow arrives, I promise no more than a dozen arrows through it. I'll set up your nock pt also...I highly recommend a TS-1 FF string for all Kempfs. Three Tree STrings, Tony Cochrane does a great job. I just like the performance of these strings. I have them on both Kempfs....

Dave, I gotta agree with Skippy...I draw mine 28.5" and it's smooth as silk. I do show people some times how far I draw it, and draw it past 30" with ease...
Randy, I use a single nock point usually right around 1/2" and I nock under it...

That's what I need to hear Chris, and besides matching yours and Curt's it would match perfectly with my Shawnee......

Hey Chris, any chance of leasing it for a year or so with an option to buy?
