I was sittin in my house today eating some microwavable country fried steak and rockin out to some Guns n roses when I noticed that the dogs were going crazy and happened to see a UPS guy driving down our driveway. So I walked outside and pee'd down my leg a little bit when I saw the guy carrying a big ol' longbow shaped box. Turns out it was the Savannah that my Parental Unit got me for my birthday last week. Called my parents right away to tell them I got it and to thank them again and tell them what great parents they were (honest) and then began unwrapping. I have to give kudo's to Martin. I got a free bow sock, an OK string (still not great), and a decent arrow rest. Got it set up and shot some arrows out of it. My jaw hit the ground when I saw the speed. It shoots very flat out to 30 and even 40 yards. I'm gonna shoot it sparingly until I have some more stuff for it (tip protector, grip, etc.) because I don't want to ding it up but it's gonna hunt this season with my Check Mate (when it get's here
Not Ted.
