Going to crest some carbon ex heritage 350. I know that there is alot of good paints out there, but bohning is what I have. What ratio paint to thinner do I need to start with for the dip. I know that there is not a set amount but any help would be great, thanks TERM

I thin mine till it runs of the shaft and starts dripping in about 20 seconds.

I usually thin Bohning stuff 1 to 2, i.e., one part thinner to two parts lacquer.

If you have a fresh unopened can you should not have to thin it at all. If not, thin it enough so it drips after 15-20 seconds.
I would stay away from it for cresting. There are better paints to crest with.
