Bitzenberger Fletching Jig?

What are the differences between the older and newer ones?  What is up with the small vs. large allen screw in the adjusters?

I have a couple of both, and the older smaller adjusting screws would wear out pretty quick.  With the newer larger ones, I have yet to have one go bad.  There seems to be no difference otherwise.  Just don't tighten the older ones real tight, and they will last.
