shaky question.....help
« on: January 31, 2010, 08:30:00 AM »
o.k.
I have been off-season experimenting. I have had several bows over the last several years. I comfortably shoot 52-68# on all bows i have shot. With 57# being my favorite. I have one bow which is 56# Whenever i shoot this bow i cannot comfortably "hold" my anchor, or settle into it without shaking?? I then get a heavier bow and settle into it easier, and a lighter one as well. I just cant shoot this bow consistently The bow is a 56 inch model. My draw is only 27"What gives...stacking? finger pinch? Am i nuts, or suddenly get weak. I have fooled around with the brace hieght alot. No difference?

Are you sure the weight mark on the bow is the actual weight? I had bows mark 55# but when I would put them on my scales they read 63 or 64#. Just a thought.....stabow
