Sure grip Smell

Does the rubber smell go away on a suregrip? I installed one on my BW TFV and I love it. But my hand stinks for a while after using.

I bought mine from 3 Rivers. It has been on the bow a couple of months but hardly used. I just checked it and couldnt find any smell. Have another on a different bow about 3 years old. Checked it, no smell there either. I think they work great also. They do get sweaty though when hot out.

I have had several and shoot them on my bows that dont have a leather grip and I have never had one that smelled bad. Maybe take it off and wash it in some warm soapy water and then let dry.

Mine smelled bad when it came.  After it was on I cleaned it off with denatured alcohol.  It still smelled.  The smell just goes away.  I can't smell it now.

you know there is a cheaper idea then paying all that money for just one,buy yourself some bicycle innertube, you'll have more then enough to do several bows.

Shurgrip is thinner, stretchier and grippier than inner tube.  The latter works, but its not as good.

Cool, I guess I just need to give it more time and give a wash.  I love the way it makes the bow fit my hand. Thanks
