I have not used this head, but I am a little curious as to what circumstances these heads would excel. I agree with Bowmania, that if you are looking for penetration a somewhat longer broadhead with the same width might be a better choice. If penetration isn't a concern, then a wider broadhead or 3 blade broadhead might be a better choice. I am sure that it is built rock solid and nearly indestructible, but I really don't know where that would be an issue. If you plan on hitting bone to destroy the head, then a longer single bevel might be a better choice. The other strong suit of this head might be it's small profile for ease of tuning, but that is easily overcome with a little effort. All of this being said, if you are hunting deer there probably aren't many heads on the market that won't get the job done.
