Mine is a 64",45#@29, alcoa ebony riser. I've settled on Carbon Tech Panthers, which is a full tapered shaft. I cut mine down from the NOCK end (makes the shaft stiffer) to 30-3/4" throat of nock to back of insert. It's loaded with 100 grain insert and 200 grain point. Gives me a 580 grain arrow with 26% FOC. If you go the carbon arrow route, you will need to build out the sideplate for consistant flight. I shoot right handed and when I sighted down my arrow with the string centered over the limb fades, the point of my arrow was well to the right of the string  (using just a velcro sideplate). Like others, I had to build it out around 3/16 thick to get the point over to the left side of the string before I started tuning. It's a fun bow to shoot, but they do demand your attention. Enjoy.
