Nock High help
« on: February 13, 2010, 01:24:00 PM »
I bare shafted my new to me shrew classic hunter today and the bare shafts were hitting nock high consistently.  Does this mean i need to raise the nock point on my string?

You will want to move the nock lower, always in the direction you need.

I don't worry about alittle nock high with bareshaft tuning. You would need to lower your nock alittle if it is hitting too high. For me I don't really worry about my nocking point until I'm shooting fletched arrows.
