Are there RH and LH limbs??  Saw an ad that said LH limbs?  I thought limbs were limbs on a TD bow?

They are on some but not on other. It depends on how the bowyer crafted their limbs. There are a few that are not interchangable.

Yup it totally depends on the bowyer.  Morrison's limbs for example are interchangable where Schafer and Black Widow are not.  Some bowyers even make their limbs to fit a specific riser for example Firefly bows by Jim Jones.  When building bows by hand without the aid of a CNC there are bound to be slight differnences from one to another.  So they make the limbs custom to each riser.
