The paint markers seem to be real popular.

I use a fountain pen and india ink. It works well but doesn't make my penmanship look any better.

Paint markers are exactly what they sound like. Markers that write with paint. You can get them at craft stores and art supply shops. Just ask when you walk in they'll know what you're talking about.

I use an industrial sharpie. It has a very fine point and you can spray it a couple of minutes after your done writing. Just make sure it's the industrial sharpie.

I like the woodcraft paint pens with an ultra fine tip. They work great. You can find them at Michaels craft stores or at Woodcraft tool centers.
