Shooting High and right
« on: February 25, 2010, 09:25:00 AM »
Can anyone tell me what the problem is. Here is the deal. I shoot a 60" 62lb@28 Rocky Mt. Bighorn with 30.5" Goldtip 75/95. I am pulling 29". I jsut got a new string b50 and not realizing what i was doing yesterday i knocked an arrow at 20yds and released. I was so excited to shoot that i forgot to check the brace height and knock point. I shot through my fence 2 feet high and 2 feet to the right. I thought it was a mistake on my part and moved forward to 10 yds . second shot bounced off the top right of the block and stuck in tree. I then looked and saw what was problem. To excited to shoot i guesss. THe question is does anyone know what the brace height should be for bighorn. I thought it was between 8 and 9in but cant remember. also why is it shooting to right. I raised my brass nock and it is still a little high but better. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
