My new hunting bow...Thanks Raging Waters
« on: February 26, 2010, 12:19:00 AM »
Got my new hunting bow in the mail on Monday, a Blacktail Elite courtisy of Raging Waters.   Classified Ad Here.   I was the lucky one to snatch this gorgous beauty up.  It arrived a day early too as UPS said it wasn't supposed to come untill Tuesday.  Well, I've shot it every day this week and just love it!!  Here's a couple of me today at the range...

My groups have been tighter too, but I don't know if that just due to the thrill of shooting a new bow or if I'm just getting better.  I'm going to have to go with 90% practice and 10% new bow.   :bigsmyl:   I was to busy shooting and forgot to forgot to snap photos of the groups.   :banghead:

Now I've just got to build up the new arrows I ordered to go with it and I'll be ready to go hunting.

I liked my first Blacktail TD so much, I bit the bullet and ordered a second Blacktail TD. Received my second Blacktail on Dec 21st. Sweet shooting bows. You'll fall in with your Blacktail in short order.

I am really glad Mack got this bow. I miss it already but it is obvious Mack loves it and the bow has a good home. Congratulations Mack! Remember, I get first dibs if you decide to let it go!

Matt "Raging Water" Hamilton

BTW, Mack was a pleasure to do business with. If he offers to buy a bow from you, he has my recommendation!

Thanks everybody!!

Matt, it may be a loooong time before I let this baby go.  But if I do, you get first dibbs.

This one will help kill the time while I'm waiting for the other Blacktail I ordered last June.  Still have about 5 months to go on that one...   :goldtooth:

Better keep that Blacktail you have now very close.     ;)   My first Blacktail took 13 months and my second Blacktail took 15 months. Blacktails are worth the wait.

That's a nice bow, but I sure would like some of that weather.
